I didn’t always have a healthy relationship with fitness or food.

I grew up surrounded by confusing messages about body image. Like so many women, I fell into the trap of fad diets, overexercising, and chasing “quick fixes” — keto, fasting, endless cardio, low-calorie diets. Nothing stuck.

When I discovered bodybuilding and competition prep in 2017, I thought it would be the answer. Instead, it made things worse. My relationship with food spiraled. I felt miserable, bloated, exhausted, and completely disconnected from my body.

Then came motherhood. Two pregnancies later, I didn’t recognize myself. Nothing fit, my energy was gone, and I felt stuck in a cycle of restriction → binge → guilt. I was so burned out that I honestly thought I’d never feel good in my body again.

The Turning Point

The breakthrough didn’t come from another diet — it came from finally letting go of extremes.

Instead of starving my body, I learned how to heal my metabolism.
Instead of punishing workouts, I found balance in movement.
Instead of guilt, I rebuilt my mindset with sustainable habits.

And for the first time in years, I felt strong, confident, and truly at peace in my body.

Now? I wake up energized. I feel good in my skin. I get to be present for my family and take care of myself.

Because I’m a mom just like YOU, I know what it feels like to put yourself last. To dread getting dressed because nothing fits.
To feel like every “solution” just leaves you more exhausted.

That’s why I created The Muscle Mommy Method - a system built for moms, by a mom who’s been there.

I’m here to help you:

  • Break free from all-or-nothing dieting.

  • Build a healthy metabolism that works with you, not against you.

  • Regain energy and confidence without giving up the foods you love.

  • Feel at home in your body again — and actually enjoy the process.

My Mission

You don’t have to be miserable to feel good in your body.
You don’t have to choose between being a good mom and taking care of yourself.

With the right plan, the right support, and the right mindset — you can have both.
And I’d love to walk that journey with you.
