Meal Prep Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • ½ cup turkey sausage or turkey bacon bits

  • ½ cup shredded cheese

  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper (optional)

  • ¼ cup diced onion (optional)

  • 4 large whole wheat or high-protein tortillas

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Scramble eggs with sausage/bacon, veggies, and cheese.

  2. Divide evenly onto tortillas, wrap tightly.

  3. Wrap in foil and refrigerate (3 days) or freeze (2 months).
