Meal Prep Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients:
6 eggs
½ cup turkey sausage or turkey bacon bits
½ cup shredded cheese
¼ cup diced bell pepper (optional)
¼ cup diced onion (optional)
4 large whole wheat or high-protein tortillas
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional toppings: salsa, avocado, hot sauce
Instructions:
Scramble eggs with sausage/bacon, veggies, and cheese.
Divide evenly onto tortillas, wrap tightly.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate (3 days) or freeze (2 months).
