High-Protein Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
1½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
1 tbsp almond butter (optional swirl)
½ cup berries
2 tbsp granola or nuts
Instructions:
Mix yogurt with protein powder.
Spread on parchment-lined tray.
Swirl almond butter, sprinkle berries and granola.
Freeze 2+ hours, break into bark.
Store in freezer up to 2 months.
