High-Protein Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional swirl)

  • ½ cup berries

  • 2 tbsp granola or nuts

Instructions:

  1. Mix yogurt with protein powder.

  2. Spread on parchment-lined tray.

  3. Swirl almond butter, sprinkle berries and granola.

  4. Freeze 2+ hours, break into bark.

  5. Store in freezer up to 2 months.
