Overnight Protein Oats
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ banana or ½ cup berries
Dash cinnamon
Mix in jar, refrigerate overnight. Add toppings before eating.
