Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ¾ cup milk

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ banana or ½ cup berries

  • Dash cinnamon

Mix in jar, refrigerate overnight. Add toppings before eating.
