Baked Salmon with Herb Crust

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz salmon fillet

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp dill, chopped

  • 1 tsp thyme, chopped

  • 1 tsp freshly ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix parsley, dill, thyme, turmeric, flaxseed, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Brush the salmon with avocado oil and press the herb mixture onto the fillet.

Place the salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  • Serve with a side of steamed asparagus or sautéed spinach.
