Bison Burger with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz ground bison

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1/4 tsp rosemary

  • 1 small sweet potato, cut into fries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss sweet potato fries in avocado oil and rosemary; bake for 20 minutes.

Form bison into a patty; season with salt and pepper, and cook on a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side.

  • Serve with fries and a side of lettuce or sliced cucumber.
