Cabbage and Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions:

Heat avocado oil in a skillet; sauté ginger until fragrant.

Add chicken and cook until browned.

Add cabbage and carrots; stir-fry until tender.

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
