Kodiak McGriddle Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups Kodiak Cakes mix
4 eggs + 7 egg whites
20 oz cooked ground turkey sausage
1½ cups milk (your choice)
2 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar-free)
1 cup shredded cheddar (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins.
Whisk eggs, milk, syrup, salt, pepper.
Stir in Kodiak mix, then sausage + cheese.
Fill tins ¾ full. Bake 20–24 min until set.
Store in fridge (5 days) or freezer (2 months).
