Kodiak McGriddle Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes mix

  • 4 eggs + 7 egg whites

  • 20 oz cooked ground turkey sausage

  • 1½ cups milk (your choice)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or sugar-free)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins.

  2. Whisk eggs, milk, syrup, salt, pepper.

  3. Stir in Kodiak mix, then sausage + cheese.

  4. Fill tins ¾ full. Bake 20–24 min until set.

  5. Store in fridge (5 days) or freezer (2 months).
