Protein Pizza Lunch
Ingredients:
Crust Ingredients:
100g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
110g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt
Toppings:
Marinara sauce
Shredded mozzarella + parmesan
Any toppings of choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Mix crust ingredients until a dough forms.
Roll out on a floured surface.
Bake crust for 5–8 minutes.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake 15 minutes more.
Storage: Cool completely. Refrigerate or freeze.
From frozen: 375°F for 12–15 min
From fridge: 375°F for 7–10 min
Optional: Broil last 1–2 min for bubbly cheese.
