Protein Pizza Lunch

Ingredients:

Crust Ingredients:

  • 100g plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 110g all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast

  • Pinch of salt

Toppings:

  • Marinara sauce

  • Shredded mozzarella + parmesan

  • Any toppings of choice (pepperoni, veggies, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Mix crust ingredients until a dough forms.

  3. Roll out on a floured surface.

  4. Bake crust for 5–8 minutes.

  5. Add sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake 15 minutes more.

  6. Storage: Cool completely. Refrigerate or freeze.

  7. From frozen: 375°F for 12–15 min

  8. From fridge: 375°F for 7–10 min

  9. Optional: Broil last 1–2 min for bubbly cheese.
