Walnut and Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz lamb chops

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 2 tbsp ground walnuts

  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped

  • 1 tsp sage, chopped

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mix walnuts, rosemary, and sage. Press onto lamb chops.

Heat avocado oil in a skillet and sear chops for 2 minutes per side.

  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
